How tokens work: Credits are deducted based on actual API usage. The AI automatically uses the standard model for triage and diagnosis, then upgrades to the Advanced Model when it reaches the fix phase. Engineer users can also trigger the Advanced Model on any message by prefixing it with ++. Token estimates assume standard model usage — the Advanced Model costs approximately 5× more per message.

Chat, learning and agentic modules are paused until you top up or upgrade. Your data and history are preserved.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard and your plan reverts to Free at the end of the billing period.
